I had a lovely experience at the hotel, which is ideally located near Times Square and a short walk from several subway lines. The rooms were in beautiful condition and quite spacious, making my stay comfortable. While the service was friendly, I felt it could have been a bit more proactive. Overall, I believe it's a great value for the price, especially considering the wonderful location.
